ADMISSION CRITERIA:
The school has PLAY HOUSE to Class- VI and every year there will be upgradation of one class each. A child seeking admission in PLAY HOUSE must not be under 2.5 years of age. A child must not be under 6 years in Std. 1.
DOCUMENTS:
During admission the following documents are to be furnished:
1. Original transfer certificate from previous school,
2. Attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate,
3. Three passport size colore photographs,
4. Attested photocopy of the marksheet of previous class
5. Aadhaar Card of the parents and student (if done)
6. Blood group of the student
REGISTRATION:
Application form and prospectus costing Rs.300/-are available from school office during school hour (10 am to 4 pm).
Faculty:
The school has highly trained and energized faculty & they are let to do their work spontaneously & joyfully. They enjoy full liberty to work because the steersmen firmly believe that unless the teachers are well-paid & get a good atmosphere to work, the students will be victimized ultimately.
PLAY HOUSE:
Our first class / beginner has been christened PLAY HOUSE which means the kids are left in a situation where they play amidst ample educative and entertaining equipment's which ensure, the more they play, the more they learn.
ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION:
A system of continuous assessment is followed in all forms as guidelines formed by CBSE. To ensure ongoing progress round the year, holistic assessment of the individual is done including formal examinations. One academic year is divided into two semesters and examinations are held at the end of each semester.
First semester examination is held in September and final semester examination is held in February. There will be one unit test within the span of each semester. Whole syllabus is divided into two parts. Fifty percent of the entire syllabus is covered in first semester and rest fifty percent in the final semester. However, questions from the entire syllabus will appear in the final semester examination.
FacIlitIES:
DIGITAL CLASSROOM: Technological progress in modern methodology of teaching is an inseparable part. The school is completely aware of that and initially we have one smart classroom where a large touch screen board, specialised software, audience response technology, assistive listening devices, networking and audio visual capabilities have been provided. Gradually, we are making a plan to make all the classrooms smart and digital.
COMPUTER LAB: The school is equipped with one computer laboratory having adequate number of computers. Advanced infrastructure in terms of hardware and software caters to the requirements of the students.
RECOGNITION TO THE CHILDREN
A small act of praise can go a long way. A good institution inspires hope, ignites imagination, instills love to learn, to know the unknown, to see the unseen, to discover the undiscovered and to explore the unexplored. Hence, our school makes all possible arrangements to give recognition to the students. And generally this recognition is given by distributing prizes and certificates on ANNUAL SPORTS MEET or ANNUAL FUNCTION & PRIZE DISTRIBUTION CEREMONY or OTHER OBSERVANCE DAYS.
SCHOOL GATE: The entire school campus is protected with a cemented boundary wall and hence we are not making any compromise on the safety and security of the children.
POWER-SUPPLY: Other than normal electricity supply the school has installed a green generator for 24 × 7 power supply.
CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: The school lays utmost importance on co-curricular activities (that are outside school curriculum, but complement and supplement it) and extra curricular activities. At present we have music, recitation, elocution, extempore, quiz, art and craft, dance, yoga, spelling cum handwriting and so on. We have intention to introduce some other co -curricular and extra curricular activities like different sports such as playing football, hockey and etc. and martial art, athletics, gymnastics and indoor games and meditation. Besides all these things, we will introduce poetry writing, story writing, debate, essay writing and so on.
PURIFIED WATER: Health is the greatest wealth. Keeping this in mind the school has installed a number of RO water purifying machines in different places so that all the students can have it.
CCTV MONITORING: The entire school campus and building including all the classrooms is under the surveillance of CCTV which helps in monitoring and keeping track of activities taking place in the school premises.
Health Checkup & Counseling: Regular periodical health Checkup and counselling is done in school by eminent doctors and counsellors to keep our children physically fit and psychologically sound.
Parent(s) Teachers Meeting: Publication of result ( unit tests & semester examinations) is done in PTMs where hairsplitting analysis of the progress or regress of every individual is performed.
Apart from this, if the situation demands the school convenes meeting with the parents to discuss overall teaching learning or any other issues.
