ATTENDANCE
A
student must keep at least 75% attendance in each semester failing which he /
she will not be eligible to sit for the examination.
HOME
WORK POLICY
The students will be given a MODEL ENGLISH SCHOOL DIARY where they are to record day to day task. Guardians are required to check them properly & prepare the students for the next day’s classes.
SCHOOL
HOUR
The school begins at 10 am and ends at 4 pm. However, there may be some changes of the schedule due to extreme cold and scorching heat.
LATE
FEE POLICY
Fees (tuition fee & conveyance fee) must be deposited latest by the 15th of every month failing which late fine of Rs 3.00/day for tuition fee and Rs 3.00/day for conveyance fee (in case the concerned student avails car) will be imposed.
GENERAL
RULES & REGULATIONS
Discipline & punctuality play a major role to mould the character of a child. Hence, the school is determined to maintain this at any cost. In case a student breaks this, stringent steps are taken. The school, however, preserves liberty to add, alter or repeal any regulation given in the prospectus. In such case, parents will be informed in due course. The school takes all precautionary measures for the safety and security of the children. However, the school will not be responsible for any damage due to accidents in school.
WITHDRAWALS
In case a student wants to leave the school for the new academic session, notice must be intimated at least before three months failing which three months’ tuition fees will be charged. T.C. will be issued only after outstanding dues are paid. Admission once registered, fees will never be refunded under any condition.
